Policies and Procedures

-Payments will be refunded if the course is not started within 30 days. No refunds will be issued once the course is started. 

-Once the course is completed we will upload the completion to the Department of Labor and Industries Licensing Division.

-A Course Completion Certificate will be emailed upon course completion. 

-Courses may not be repeated within a Licensing Period

-50 minutes equals 1 hour of class. If a 2 hour course is completed in under 100 minutes, you will not be given credit and no refund will be issued. 

-Questions and Course rating can be emailed to dan@adfsecurity.com. Response time to questions will be within 48 hours.
