Policies and Procedures

These classes are approved by the state of Minnesota for 2 hours of CE Units for the Unlicensed Registered Tech, Satellite Installer or the Power Limited Technician(PLT). Please note that Unlicensed Techs and Satellite Installers can only get credit for Code Classes.

-Payments will be refunded if the course is not started within 30 days. No refunds will be issued once the course is started and not completed. Once a course is started there is no time limit for completion, However: you may not move on until each section is completed. 

- A final quiz is assessed and a score of 80% is required to pass. 

-There is a required survey at the end of the course.

-Once the course is completed we will upload the completion to the Department of Labor and Industries Licensing Division.

-A Course Completion Certificate should be downloaded upon course completion. 

-Courses may not be repeated within a Licensing Period. 

- Classes are 2 hour courses where 50 minutes equals 1 hour.
